Bitcoin mining khash

To elaborate more I'm in a mining pool (slush's) pool and I'm mining with a rig that really wasn't built for bitcoin mining, but I figured I'd give it a whirl just to see what would happen. I've left it running over night and GUIMiner says I have 3 shares accepted, but when I log in to mining.bitcoin.cz I don't see any bitcoins coming my way. Where should I go from here, and at this rate will I ever see any bitcoins?
EDIT: also if I get more machines logged in to GUIMiner mining as me, will I have a better chance of getting bitcoins?
