GeForce 320m Bitcoin mining

I am new to bitcoin, I've got over 1000 macs under my control. What should I do? : Bitcoin  October 23, 2013 – 12:26

So I just discovered this whole bitcoin thing. I have read up on mining, and most of it seems geared to windows and linux systems. I've got over 1000 macs, and a couple of xservers under my control, and I'd like to get them working during their idle time. It seems after some research that the diablo miner seems to be the best, and some even suggest joining a pool. Basically, my question is, if you were in my shoes, what would you do?

tl;dr: If you had 1000 macs under your direct control, and wanted to mine bitcoins, how would you do it? What mining app would you use? And would you join a pool/go solo?

EDIT: I own the company, so technically I own these systems. I don't run the company, that's what I pay the CEO to do, the CFO writes the check to the electric company, and I simply manage the systems because I like to feel useful in my own company. As a stakeholder I feel compelled to come up with novel ways of raising revenue.
