What do I need to do to get response from customer service?

Hey BFL and y'all, I've submitted an order back in February and after waiting and waiting I've given up and requested a refund a couple of days ago. Now, I didn't expect BFL to reply right away, but 2 days have passed and there's no response. Looking around the forums I see people wait weeks before someone gets back to them!
So, what do I need to do to get your attention? Loudly complain on the forum? Say that I'm contacting FCC/BBB/FBI/other scary agencies? Are you guys swamped with emails and greatly understaffed? It's a mystery.
By the way, my order number is 100018191. Thanks in advance for your attention!
